I started Smart Girl Academy because I know firsthand what it feels like to be lost as a young girl. From the age of 8, I was repeatedly abused for 4 years by someone I trusted deeply. For a long time, I didn’t realize it was wrong, and I thought every girl experienced the same. There was no one to guide me or tell me otherwise.
As a result, I lost myself. I became unruly, lashing out by physically hurting other kids in school and even stealing, just to make others feel the pain I was carrying.
Even today, there are so many girls who are hurting, who don’t know what’s right or wrong, and who don’t have anyone to show them the way. But I also know the transformative power of mentorship and personal development, which helped me heal and rediscover my path.
That’s why I’m dedicated to helping girls grow into fearless, empowered women through Smart Girl Academy.
With Certified Life Coach accreditation from the International Academy of Life Coaching & Entrepreneurship and recognition as a Mandela Washington Fellow, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering girls across Africa and beyond. I’ve had the honor of speaking at global events like the United Nations SDG Summit and various international youth conferences. Now, I want to bring that same passion and experience to your daughter’s journey.
